We’ve found 700 images is generally the sweet spot for most weddings, we also know you might deliver more. You can always add in a few extra images as needed a-la-carte, or if you need more images frequently, let us know. We take care of all the post production for photographers.

AM I ABLE TO SUBMIT OTHER JOBS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE UNLIMITED PLAN? Absolutely! Those jobs will be billed a la carte.
HOW MANY IMAGES CAN I SUBMIT PER EVENT? You may submit up to 700 images.
CAN I SUBMIT MORE THAN 700 IMAGES ON ANY GIVEN EVENT? You sure can! And, every image over 700 will be billed separately at $0.39 per image.
IS THE FIRST MONTH A TRIAL? Yes it is! The first month of your Annual Plan subscription is a trial. We will use this time to LEARN your style, PERSONALIZE your style, and then deliver your editing FAST. And, if during the first 30 days you decide that we’re not the right fit for your business, you may cancel with no additional cost or commitment.
I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER OTHER SERVICES LIKE CULLING AND ARTISTIC EDITS, IS THAT POSSIBLE? It sure is! We are a full service post production company. But, you cannot order any of those services unless you are subscribed to either the UNLIMITED or ROLLOVER Plan.
IS THIS A MONTH-TO-MONTH OR 12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION? Both the UNLIMITED and ROLLOVER Plans are 12 month/annual subscription plans.
IF I DON’T USE MY ONE WEDDING FOR THE MONTH, CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR TWO PORTRAIT SESSIONS? Yes, Exactly!
WHAT IF I DON’T SHOOT A WEDDING/PORTRAIT SESSION ON ANY GIVEN MONTH? DO I LOSE IT? NO! That’s the beauty of the ROLLOVER Plan, they simply “rollover” for use the next month!
WHAT IF I DON’T SHOOT A WEDDING AND ONLY SHOOT ONE ENGAGEMENT/PORTRAIT SESSION? That’s easy. Any unused portrait event will rollover to the following month, just like unused weddings.
CAN I BUY MORE WEDDINGS IF I NEED THEM? YES. At $179 per wedding OR two portrait sessions.
WILL UNUSED EVENTS EXPIRE? Not while you are an active ROLLOVER Plan subscriber.
IF I NEED TO, CAN I UPGRADE TO THE UNLIMITED PLAN? Absolutely.

Our cost for this service is based on the ‘Total’ amount of images submitted. That is because we require our editors to view your entire job a total of 3 times to allow for a very good sense of the story, their flow, and substance. This is a serious and critical component to your work flow which is why we methodically scrutinize each and every image we preview.
You tell us how many images you would like us to Rough Edit, and we will move forward with the scalpel. Nobody likes to see yucky pictures!

When your job is complete, let us deliver straight to your preferred Client Gallery. We can upload straight into your account!
IMAGES NOT TIME SYNCED - $0.05 per image in the event
Did your assistant forget to remind you to time sync your 7 cameras and your 2nd photographer cameras? Is image IMG_001 of your bride putting on make-up and IMG_002 of the best man rocking out on the dance floor to AC/DC’s “Back In Black”? This puts a monkey wrench in our process and workflow (ie. makes it difficult to edit for continuity), and so we do need to charge our customers for that time.
